NY Times article – Boring stock photos are boring

Found this little beauty via a bunch of Twitter retweets this morning. According to a study undertaken by Jakob Nielsen and published in the NYTimes, people “ignore generic photos online,” and “when users know that a picture of a person is real they will engage with the image for extended periods of time.”

Pretty interesting article, and all the more reason to use Photocase photos. 🙂
